Our Love Story
How we met
Oyebodun and I met about five years ago in Nigeria Law School. (The class of 2013 can relate). It was the same day we had our first lecture in NLS (criminal Litigation). I came to the lecture hall not knowing I was going to meet my husband that faithful day. There were so many chairs to occupy in the auditorium because I came early enough. Innocently, I sat close to him for the first lecture because I wanted to be close to the lecturer.
When the lecture was over, there was an announcement for all Oyo State indigenes to wait behind for our bursary. It was then we discovered uwe were both from Oyo State. We exchanged number just in case any of us had any information about the oyo state bursary. I reluctantly exchanged numbers with him. He called me claiming that he had information for me concerning the bursary but when we met, his hospitality swept me off my feet. The rest is history.
Spending time with him, I grew to know him as a hardworking, loving, kind and thoughtful man. How could I not fall in love with him? 5 years on, he has become not only the love of my life but my confidante and best friend. He has solution to everything when I'm with him because he is a very intelligent lawyer.
I am so glad fate brought us together and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with this amazing man.
